An ideal base or first and last night stopover en route for exploring the old towns of Porto, Braga, Guimarães, Viana do Castelo, the Douro valley, the national parks and Spain, which is within 2 hours’ drive. Being 10 minutes from the airport,5 minutes from the Metro. It is convenient as a base for business or holiday. The English hosts, Anthony and Linda, who have lived in Portugal for over 20 years, are eager to help you enjoy your stay. Whether it be golf, walking, water sports, the essential visit to a port wine lodge, Anthony (for a small fee) can be persuaded to take you out for daily tours to discover the beautiful scenery of Northern Portugal. There are a number of restaurants in the area.Collection and delivery to the airport can be arranged for a small additional charge. One shared bathroom, use of a lounge and wi-fi.
